“Why does Tim have all 5-Star ratings, you may ask? Because he earns each one of them! Tim was an absolute pleasure in our house-hunting experience. I began the process with a skeptical opinion of what a buyer's broker could do for us, but Tim won me over with our very first visit. He provided a no pressure attitude and was able to address each question that we had with experience-based answers and usually a quick story that we could relate to! But more to my amazement, Tim became part of this quest for a new home; he very quickly determined the type of home we were looking for and the features that were most important to us. When houses came on the market that got our attention, he provided us with all of the background information and knowledge that we needed, and appointments were immediately set up. Open houses with Tim became something that we looked forward to, and we were always met with a positive and helpful spirit. He was quick to point out the strong points of a house but equally cautioned us on the issues that should cause us concern. When the right house came along, in this very competitive market, we communicated to Tim that we wanted to step up our game to be the successful bidder, and he did just that. We set a strategy to win over the seller's and for them to see that we were the best choice for this particular house. Tim made it all happen, and we'd like to think that we helped out a bit too! Our closing, with Tim by our side, was bittersweet. We now had the keys to our dream house in hand, but it was also an end to our new-found relationship with Tim. Although we know we will see Tim again, our weekends without meeting him for open houses will come to a close and all we can say is how much we appreciate all that he has done for us.
