Deb was a joy to work with and came with so much local expertise. The market was shifting when we were finally ready to go to market but she did an excellent job negotiating on our behalf. Deb was hands-on, even cleaning up a pile of junk left by our landscaper ahead of our open house that we didn't know about. Her team is friendly and organized and we highly recommend them!
