It’s always a stressful experience selling your home but when we engaged Deb to sell our home on Powder Hill Road we had already agreed to buy another home with a closing in 45 days so a smooth and efficient sale was very important to us.
From day one Deb impressed with her professionalism and level of preparation. In my professional life I manage a large engineering team and Deb brought the same project management skills I see in my best project managers. In addition to her own deep understanding of the market and how to best promote the sale of our home she has built a team of professionals and a process which ensures a smooth transition through all stages of the sales process. Prior to the sale this included an expert stager who provided succinct easy to follow direction on how to best present our house, informed advice on what renovations/improvements would provide the best payback, top class photographers who really captured the best aspects of our home (including an awesome virtual tour) and a very professional brochure.
As to results - we had our first offer the morning before our first open house and closed the sale a day later for over our asking price. Deb and her teams input did not end there however; her professional approach continued with a very clear set of steps to complete the sales process including clearly communicating to us what we need to do and when. Again she has specialists who handle each step of the process ensuring it all runs like clockwork.
Overall I could not recommend Deb and her team more highly.
