As an RPI graduate having worked as a consultant with Sikorsky, State of Connecticut, and hospital systems around the country, Cindy turned her talents to working with clients in the quest for their perfect home. As a mother of 3 who has relocated numerous times, she understands the issues and difficulties of moving and finding not only the right house but the right price and the right fit. Cindy works tirelessly, guiding and protecting her clients throughout the home buying process. 

As a buyer specialist, I provide a complimentary buyer consultation and needs analysis. To facilitate the home search, I share insights about local market trends and conduct in-depth property evaluations to identify a home’s true market value. When it’s time to make an offer, my role is to negotiate terms, concessions and alternative offers on your behalf. Additionally, I will guide you in navigating the mortgage process and will coordinate the buying transaction from contract to close.
